Artist’s series shows true colors of friends
T ampa artist Mishou Sanchez is this month’s featured artist at Tampa Artist Emporium in South Tampa. The exhibit, “Face-You,” is made up of nine large-scale – 48 by 48 inches – portraits of some of the artist’s close friends.

Young artists learn painting techniques
The recent summer studio art program offered at Hilltop Country Day School gave the participants the opportunity to explore their imagination and learn a variety of techniques using acrylic paints on canvas.
