Ingenuity shines at State Fair art show

Ingenuity shines at State Fair art show
Two things struck me as I walked through this year’s California State Fair art exhibition: that it is one of the strongest fair shows I’ve seen in recent years and that a number of the winners’ names were familiar from past fair shows. It seems that the fair is a place for artists not only to debut, but also to mature.

Need help with art show (poking fun at corporate america) info in Los Angeles?

does anyone know if there is an art show today? i seem to vaguely remember that somehwere is los angeles, CA there is supposed to be an art show on April 21, though I could be mistaken.

I remember they had a website, but I can’t find it. The art poked fun at corporations like McDonalds, Walmart, etc. , by doctoring their logos and such. A key piece of info I remeber was that the last time they had a show, the police were called and they forced everyone to leave, though nothing wrong was going on at the gallery.

I’m a young artist in London looking to show and sell my art. Where are the best places?

Hi, I am a stay of 19 years in South London. I’m still in high school to an art class, but this summer I would like to start selling some of the works that I do at home. I do mainly large paintings of still life and abstract forms, but I also know mosaics and clay sculptures. I have tried to sell some art on Etsy. com, but failed miserably, and I can have an account on DeviantArt, but I do not know if it is a waste of time to put my art bas.Fondamentalement not there, I really know where to begin really to show and sell , my art, so if there are galleries or places in London for young, new artists, where I get my art and it can be shown to earn money, you tell me if you might be PLEASE, because I am a little confused and am desperate.
